Johnnie Walker was already hosting events in various pubs across London to promote their “Johnnie & Ginger” cocktail. They needed to access a larger audience and get more people to attend their events.

I created an interactive map to be hosted on Time Out London’s responsive website. A backend database was created to store all the details on each pub and event, while designing an interactive map so users can easily enable GPS or enter a location to find the nearest pub to them. The user clicked on a location pin, they then were given a route to get there quickly. As it worked perfectly on smart phones, users were able to even use the rich media unit to help direct them to the events!
